Awful soundproofing!!! I could hear every word from the next room. The central heating left us sweltering with no cooling options during warm autumn nights. A bit more attention to guest comfort would go a long way!!!

The room we booked was warm and perfect with patio, a garden view, kitchen as advertised. The location was particularly good - near to the outskirts of Impruneta town as well as vineyards and olive groves...

The staff's hospitality, especially from Sabina. The breakfast was good, with delicious treats and plenty of fresh fruit available throughout the day.

Minor Wi-Fi connection issues.

A quiet, relaxed hotel, very well furnished, beautiful gardens with many statues and fountain. Small and well kept pool and surrounds. Good views. Friendly and helpful staff. About 20 minutes drive along quiet roads to outskirts of Florence ( i.e. to Michelangelo Car Park) .

Our room was quite compact though adequate. I think you would need a car to stay at this hotel as it is a little off the main road out of the town of Impruneta.

Great way to end our business trip. Beautifully decorated and ideal place for a wedding celebration with delightful view over the tuscan hills. A great selection of delicious breakfast items to choose from. Magnificent, ideal location in beautiful gardens.

Beds were too hard.

the grounds are full of unique spots to relax and unwind. thewi-fi was spotty in the room.

No air condition so it can be very hot during the summer months.

Many things to mention - everything was clean, fine food, incredibly beautiful views. The staff were very friendly and the facilities were nice.

I was almost impressed by the so-called garden view, until i realized it was obscured by trees. The soundproofing? Abysmal, i could hear everything from the neighboring room. I totally expected a special treatment for my stay, maybe a complimentary drink or something, but nooo. I guess being a guest doesn't count for much here.

The breakfast could be better.

This is one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. The staff was incredibly helpful with everything from getting into Florence for the day to touring Tuscany to setting up a private olive oil tour and tasting. You will not believe the veiws from the terrace!

The hotel was well kept and relaxing.

Unfortunately, we experienced inadequate soundproofing , difficult to enjoy the tranquility we had hoped for. We could hear conversations from neighboring rooms, which disrupted our peace. The breakfast lacked variety, missing fresh vegetables which would have added to the dining experience.

This was an amazing place to stay. The rooms were perfect, the view was amazing, the staff were kind and helpful. This was one of the best places I have ever stayed. I look forward to returning and bringing my mother. I urge you to stay here.

I thought this would be more of an adult bed and breakfast, there were a lot of kids which took away from the relaxation. Room 4 needs a new mattress!

The pool was super nice and the view from the hotel. The rooms were new and neat. Nice interior.

We got the room next to the reception/breakfast place so it was a little noisy in the morning when people were checking out or going to eat.
